What this label cropper does

  • Crops each label to a clean 4x6 (100 × 150 mm) page that a thermal printer can print edge to edge.
  • Finds the tax invoice on every page and removes it, including invoice-only pages at the end of the file.
  • Batches as many PDFs as you drop in and merges them into one print-ready file.
  • Reads SKU, size and quantity where the label prints them, then builds a picklist you can sort and print.

Layout options: label only, remove invoices, A4 sheet, 4-in-1 A4

Thermal 4×6 gives one label per page for roll or fan-fold printers. A4 sheet places the label at its 4×6 footprint on an A4 page so you can print on a normal office printer and cut it out. 2-in-1 A4 puts two labels on each sheet and 4-in-1 A4 puts four, to save paper.

Invoices are always dropped from the output. If a page was cropped a little too tight or too loose, open Fine-tune and nudge the edges; the preview updates live.

Built for 4x6 (100 × 150 mm) thermal printers

Every label is scaled to fit a 4 × 6 inch page (about 100 × 150 mm) with a small safe margin, keeping the original proportions so barcodes stay scannable. The crop is vector, not a screenshot, so text and barcodes remain sharp at any printer resolution, which helps the courier scanner read the AWB barcode at first pickup.

How do I crop a shipping label to 4x6?

Upload your label PDF, choose Thermal 4×6, and press Download. Each label is cropped, centred on a 4×6 page and the invoice is removed.

Which marketplaces are supported?

It is built for the usual "label on top, tax invoice underneath" PDF used by Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Myntra and GlowRoad. The tool detects the layout from the page itself, and the Fine-tune sliders cover anything unusual.

Does it remove the customer invoice page?

Yes. Invoices below a label and invoice-only pages are both removed automatically, and the summary tells you how many were dropped.

Can I crop multiple label PDFs at once?

Yes. Drop several PDFs together and they are processed in one go and merged into a single output file.

What size is 4x6 in mm?

4 × 6 inches is 101.6 × 152.4 mm. Indian marketplaces and thermal printers usually call it 100 × 150 mm; the output page is 4 × 6 inches, which prints correctly on both.

Are my label PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is read and cropped inside your own browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
